Matt Kane

Matt Kane is the Director of Client Services at Lucca, where he works closely with clients and his team to make sure things run smoothly and problems actually get solved. He has a background in veterinary software and veterinary clinic-focused IT support, so he understands both the technical side and the day-to-day needs of clinics. Matt focuses on clear communication, improving processes, and making sure clients feel supported without the runaround. Outside of work, he’s usually spending time with his family or hanging out with his Belgian Malinois, Oliver.
